About five years ago I hit a wall. Lifting was constant. The messages from clients saying their nails had come off were coming in regularly and I had no idea how to fix it. If I'm being completely honest, I didn't really know what I was doing. My confidence was in the gutter.
In a last ditch attempt I booked onto a Russian manicure course. And it quite simply changed my life. The technique, the precision, the way everything suddenly made sense — it rewired how I approached every single service.
Now I teach full time — working with nail techs who feel exactly how I felt. Lost, frustrated, confidence completely gone. I know that feeling and I know what it takes to come out the other side of it.
